Service Description
Your Service Includes: - Closure Customization (bleach knots & pluck) done during your appointment - Shampoo & Blow Dry - Flat Braid Down - Install - Styling (wand curls or crimps $25 extra) The closure install can be glued or glueless, giving the illusion of your natural hair and scalp. No need to drop the closure off prior, customization is done during your appointment. Please bring HD lace 5x5 or 2x6 closure for the most natural best results.

Booking Policies Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary based on the service. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees. Late Policy: Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, a late fee may apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a fee may be charged. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. Payment: Final payments are accepted via Cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay. No card payments accepted unless specified. Refunds: Any concerns with your service must be addressed before leaving the salon. Once you leave, adjustments can be accommodated, but no refunds will be issued. Preparation: All services include a shampoo & blow dry for natural hair. Please arrive with clean, detangled extensions (unless your drop off the hair at least 2-3 days prior). Additional fees may apply for unprepared hair. Children & Guests: For safety and focus, no children or extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. Emergency Reschedules: In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible. These policies ensure a seamless experience for all clients. By booking, you agree to adhere to these terms.
