Booking Policies Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary based on the service. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees. Late Policy: Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, a late fee may apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a fee may be charged. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and require a new deposit to rebook. Payment: Final payments are accepted via Cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay. No card payments accepted unless specified. Refunds: Any concerns with your service must be addressed before leaving the salon. Once you leave, adjustments can be accommodated, but no refunds will be issued. Preparation: All services include a shampoo & blow dry for natural hair. Please arrive with clean, detangled extensions (unless your drop off the hair at least 2-3 days prior). Additional fees may apply for unprepared hair. Children & Guests: For safety and focus, no children or extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. Emergency Reschedules: In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible. These policies ensure a seamless experience for all clients. By booking, you agree to adhere to these terms.
